We decided to buy this condo because we were tired of being disappointed in what we rented. We’ve upgraded and appointed our home away from home with all the amenities we always wanted while on vacation. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Winter Rates:
$350 per weekend night, $295 for weeknight
$125 Cleaning
13% Mammoth Area Tax
10% disc. for 3 nights or more
Refundable $300 security deposit at time of reservation

Summer Rates:
$235 per night
$125 Cleaning

10% discount for 7 nights
Refundable $300 security deposit at time of reservation
